Doesnt help that the properties for sale are all sold

Ive tried the app and its generally good but what I hate is when I see something that looks good and I call to find out about it and the property is already sold - and this has happened EVERY time I have found something worth wanting to find out more about. I could also make a nice database of every home thats NOT for sale - what the heck is the point?! Who is repsonsible for keeping the database updated? I thought this app could help save me time in looking for a property - instead it has wasted my time.
